1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 13.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 8257/2018. As per the order passed by this Court, both the respondents are present before this Court and also moved an application for cancellation of bailable warrant. On due consideration and the contends stated in the application and finding them to be satisfactory as well as I.A. No. 01/2019 and I.A. No. 02/2019 stands allowed. Along with the reply filed by the respondent No. 1, they have also enclosed document Annexure R-1 dated 23.10.2019 wherein the case of the petitioner was considered at par with the case of Gokaran Singh.

2. The authorities subsequently have found that earlier order passed by this Court in the case of Gokaran Singh itself stands withdrawn,

hence the petitioner also in similar terms could not have been entitled for benefits as has been claimed for.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and also considered the order dated 23.10.2019 passed by the respondent No. 2, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this court stands complied with.

4. In view of the same, reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is aggrieved of. The present contempt petitioner stands disposed of. The presence of both contemnors stands dispensed with.
