The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 158/2015 registered in Police Station Patna, District Korea (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 302, 201, 120 B, 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case, one Rameena Sahu was murdered by his husband Satish Sahu and the applicants who are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased Rameena Sahu tried to make disappearance of the evidence and therefore crime is committed. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that all the allegations are against Satish Sahu who is the husband of deceased Rameena Sahu and the main allegations are against Satish Sahu and these applicants are resident of different village and they have been falsely implicated in this case, therefore, the applicants may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the statement, evidence and memorandum statement and considering the case diary, the charge sheet and prima facie allegation of making disappearance of the evidence is against these applicants. Taking into account degree of allegation and facts and circumstances, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
