1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that application for renewal of lease filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent No.3/Nazul Officer, Raipur, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.3/Nazul Officer, Raipur is directed to decide the application of the petitioner for renewal of lease expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing all affected parties.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
