1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though award has been passed on 23.1.2017, but it has not been implemented till this date.

2. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the authorities will proceed in accordance with law.

3. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and disburse the amount under the award

dated 23.1.2017 in favour of the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
