Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 29/06/2018 Heard.

Perused the order dated 2/05/2018 passed by the revisional court whereby trial court was directed to register FIR by invoking power of Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. and police be directed to call for the report of the concerned Police Station.

Perusal of the record and the documents filed shows that petition is at premature stage and cognizance would arise only after investigation report is filed before the Magistrate. The order directing investigation do not cause any injury or irreparable loss. Therefore, petition sans merit and is liable to be

dismissed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
