(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is presently working as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II, has been transferred from Govt. Middle School Irra, Block and District Rajnandgaon to Middle School, Bakarkatta/Chhuikhadan under teaching management and, therefore, he may be allowed to make

representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon highlighting his grievances and hardship.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to make representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon for redressal of his grievances within ten days from today and if such representation is made, the Collector Rajnandgaon shall decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
