1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner on 14-1-2016 has completed 33 years of service. The first time bound pay scale was granted to him in the year 2006 and he became entitled for second and third time bound pay scale on 14-12016. It is further submitted that the petitioner is entitled for second and third time bound pay scale as per circulars dated 28-4-2008 and 4-8-2010 (Annexure P/1) and further circular dated 8-8-2018 (Annexure P/2). He would further submit that though the petitioner has made several representations to the respondent authorities, but the same remained undecided. He prays that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondent authorities and respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the same within stipulated time.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
