The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 246/2015 registered in Police Station Police Chowki-Sargaon, Police Station-Patharia, District Mungeli (C.G.). for offence punishable under section 342, 498-A, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case Laxmi Bai was married to Suraj in the year 2014 and she was subjected to torture for demand of dowry. Subsequently, on 2/10/2015 the father-in-law namely Jaleshwar of Laxmi Bai poured kerosene oil and tried to burn her alive and thereby she sustained burn injury to the extent of 5% on her feet. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have been falsely implicated in this case and entire allegations have been attributed to Jaleshwar the father-in-law, therefore , the applicants may be
released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Having regard to the fact that entire allegations are attributed to Jaleshwar, father-in-law that he tried to cause injury by burn to the complainant Laxmi Bai, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the way the incident happened, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
