1. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submits that time may be framed for the conclusion of the trial because only 8 witnesses have to be examined.

2. Accordingly, Instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon possible preferably within 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. After two months from today, trial Court will submit the datewise progress report.
