1. The writ petition has been filed challenging the order Annexure P-1 dated 05.04.2019.

2. The dispute involved in the present writ petition seems to be the payment of compensation under the Land Acquisition proceedings received by the petitioner and which has been objected to by one Smt. Anita Singh.

3. The plain reading of the pleadings of the writ petition would show that Annexure P-3 is a notice issued by the Sub Divisional Officer(Revenue) District Janjgir Champa wherein the petitioner was called upon for redressal of the objection. Thereafter, there does not seem to be any further proceedings or orders passed by the SDO.

4. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion let Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) District JanjgirChampa take into consideration the submissions of the petitioner as well as the objector pass an appropriate order purely in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. He shall also consider and decide as to, after the award under the Land Aquisition proceedings have been satisfied, whether he has any power and jurisdiction to reopen the case or alter or modify the award.

6. The decision to be taken by the SDO should be promptly intimated to the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
