This contempt petition has been preferred for non-compliance of the order passed on 07.09.2006 in W. P.(S) No. 1588 of 2005. By way of the said order, this Court had granted liberty to the petitioners to make a representation before the respondent/State Authorities for their decision on the representation in the light of the order dated 22.03.1997 passed in the case of Malikram Sidar and other Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and others.

Pursuance to the said direction, the petitioners have submitted their representations in time and, the same was rejected by the State Authorities on 17.08.2011.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the contempt petition as preferred Is

totally misconceived and deserves to be and is hereby dismissed at admission stage. No order as to costs.
