Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by the Board of Revenue on 26.10.2010 has not been complied with by respondent No. 2- Collector, Raipur till date and, therefore directions may be issued to the respondent No. 2 to comply with the order of the Board of Revenue.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the competent authority along with the copy of this order who, in turn, are directed to comply with the order dated 26.10.2010 passed by Board of Revenue expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
