1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.133/2020, registered at Police Station Kabir Nagar, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC.

The incident occurred on 06.07.2020 for which FIR was lodged on the next day i.e. on 07.07.2020.

It is argued that false allegations are levelled due to family dispute.

Considering the nature of allegations and the FIR having been lodged on the very next day, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of prosecutrix.
