Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 09.02.2018 passed in WPS No.1313 of 2018 has since been complied with and the petitioner has not been found fit for regularization on the ground of not having requisite educational qualification. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. The respondent is discharged from the contempt proceeding.
