On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the petition, I am satisfied that the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for his non-appearance on the date when

the petition is called.

Accordingly, MCC is allowed and C.R.No.106/2017, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.11.2017 is hereby restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
