The contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12/04/18 passed in WPS No. 3006 of 2018. 2.
The applicant, today when the matter is taken up, submits that the petitioner subsequent to the disposal of the writ petition has been paid off his entire gratuity amount as well as the leave encashment and the insurance fund that he was entitled for. He further submits that now, except for the GPF amount, the petitioner has been paid off his entire retiral dues. 3.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has been paid substantial part of his retiral dues except for GPF which too, has not been released only on account of the departmental enquiry initiated against the petitioner which is on the verge of its closure and also on the ground that certain no dues certificate from the office at Khandwa (M.P.), where the petitioner was earlier posted, not having received.

Given the fact that substantial compliance has been done pursuant to the disposal of the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that the
respondents have in fact, complied with the order. So far as the GPF part is concerned, it is expected that the respondents shall conclude the proceedings at the earliest and settle the GPF claim of the petitioner also, without any further delay.
