1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application reserving liberty earlier granted. It is submitted that the applicant is in service, therefore, to prevent him from any serious action departmentally, it may be directed that regular bail application of the applicant may be considered by the Court below at the earliest.

2. The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. It is directed that in case the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below within a period of 3 days from the date of filing of the application.
