(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order passed by Conservator of Forest dated 29.03.2005, the petitioner preferred review petition before respondent No. 2- The Principal-Chief Conservator of Forests, Chhattisgarh, which is pending consideration and no decision was taken by the reviewing authority and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the Reviewing
Authority to decide the review petition expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, Respondent No. 2/Reviewing Authority is directed to decide the review petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
