Aggrieved by the action on the part of the respondents in not taking an early decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to take an appropriate decision on the application for grant of compassionate appointment to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
