The present petition is by the wife for transfer of a matrimonial case, which is filed by the husband/respondent, from the Family Court Ambikapur to the Family Court Bilaspur. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner wife is resident of Takhatpur and it is extremely difficult for her to travel to Bilaspur then to Ambikapur as from Takhatpur no direct transport is available.
3.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent opposes the submission.
4.
Perused the contents of this petition. It appears that the matrimonial case is pending before the Family Court Ambikapur. The petitioner/ wife is resident of Takhatpur and she made a prayer that the case may be transferred to the Family Court
Bilaspur from the Family Court Ambikapur. Evaluating the interest of the parties and convenience of the wife, no prejudice would be caused if the case is transferred to the Family Court Bilaspur. Under the circumstances, it is directed that the case pending before the Family Court Ambikapur bearing No.21-A/2018 is directed to be transferred to the Family Court Bilaspur. 5.
