1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of respondents in not reimbursing the outstanding amount/service tax paid by the petitioner.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has moved repeated representations to the concerned authorities vide Annexure P-5 dated 04.03.2020 but till date no such decision has been taken on the said

-2representation and prays that an appropriate direction be given to the concerned authorities for taking a decision.

3. The State counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2 to 4 does not oppose the said request made by the counsel for the petitioner and submits that some reasonable time be granted to the respondent no. 2 to 4 to take a decision.

4. In view of the said facts, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to 4 to take a decision on the representations Annexure P-5 collectively filed by the petitioner, last one being 04.03.2020 be decided at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

5. It is expected that while taking a decision, the respondents shall take into consideration the circular dated 21.12.2017 Annexure P-4 in the present writ petition on the subject matter.
