1. At the outset, learned State counsel clearly disclosed that the acquittal appeal filed by the prosecutrix under Acquittal Appeal No. 660 of 2019 has been dismissed by the co-ordinate Bench of this court on merits.

2. After having perused the judgment dated 15-1-2020 passed by this court in Acquittal Appeal No. 660 of 20119, we find that the appeal was considered on merit and no case was made out for interference with the judgment of acquittal.

3. In view of the aforesaid order passed by co-ordinate bench in acquittal appeal by the prosecutrix, no leave to appeal is granted to the State.

4. Accordingly, Cr.M.P is dismissed.
