(1) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 01.10.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5226/2015. (2) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 187/2015 registered at Police Station Basna, District Mahasamund for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 294, 506 & 326 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having perused the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any

change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
