This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 273/2015, registered at Police Station Ratanpur, District Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 394/34 of I.P.C.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case; nature and gravity of offence; and the manner in which victim said to be looted by the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial. 4.
