1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.53/2020 registered in Police Station Kusmi, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Section 306 of the IPC.

2. Due to regular and continuous consumption of liquor by the applicant, his wife was mentally disturbed and eventually committed suicide.

3. Learned State Counsel would read over the First Information Report and the diary statement of Pavittar Minj, father of the deceased.

4. Considering the statement, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected with liberty to the applicant to revive his prayer after examination of said Pavittar Minj.
