1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the petition, the prosecution at the time of filing of charge has not made the petitioner as an accused person for the offence, and as such, this petition has now become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as having become infructuous.
