Sam Koshy Order On Board 25.06.2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that though he retired from service on 30.09.2012 yet till date his GPF amount that he was entitled for on his superannuation has not been finally settled. 2.

It appears that the petitioner's GPF amount for a certain period has

not been taken into consideration while settling the GPF payment. 3.

Given the aforesaid nature of dispute, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to respondent no.5 within a period of 10 days from today in addition to the representation that he has already made. Respondent no.5 in turn shall personally scrutinize the service record of the petitioner pertaining to his Provident Fund and pass a speaking order deciding whether the petitioner is entitled for any further payment under GPF or not. Respondent no.5 is also directed to ensure calling upon the petitioner for personal hearing while disposing of the representation. Let this exercise be done by respondent no.5 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
