1. The petitioner was secretary, Gram Panchayat, Banshipur, He was terminated on 07.02.2018 vide the impugned order Annexure P/1. He has preferred this writ petition for setting aside the said impugned order.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition instead of filing appeal

against Annexure P/1.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the competent authority.
