The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WP(L) No. 85 of 2019 which got dismissed on account of peremptory order on 10.04.2019.

For the reasons assigned in the application and also the grounds raised in MCC, this Court is of the opinion that subject to the petitioner pays a cost of Rs. 2500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days from today.

The present WP(L) No. 85 of 2019 stands restored to its original number, subject to the petition being getting restored, the petitioner would further have to cure the default within a period of 7 days, failing which the writ petition stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.
