The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashment of impugned order dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure-P/1) passed by District

Magistrate, Balrampur Ramanujganj, Distt. Balrampur Ramanujganj (CG) whereby the District Magistrate has rejected the application of the petitioner for grant of parole.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's claim for grant of parole will be decided within ten days from today. 4.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Balrampur Ramanujganj, Distt. Balrampur Ramanujganj (CG) to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner positively within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Certified copy by Monday.
