Shri Rahim Ubwani, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. However, he submits that as the main accused who was found in possession of illicit liquor has been enlarged on regular bail, a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering bail application of present applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender. 2.

Shri Shikant Kaushik, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having objection to the submission of learned counsel for applicant. 3.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned if possible may try to decide it on the same day in accordance with law.
