The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 201/2015 registered in Police Station Pathalgaon, Distt. Jashpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 457, 380/34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case in the intervening night of 17/08/2015 and 18/08/2015 from the shop of Santosh Kumar Bhaskar two computer, recharge voucher of Reliance and Docomo company of Rs.40,000/- was missing, therefore report was made and applicants were arrested and recharge voucher were seized from these applicants and computer monitor and hard disc were also seized. Consequently, offence is committed 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants are in jail

since 20/08/2015 and the alleged seizure has already been made and charge sheet has been filed, therefore, applicants may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet having been filed, considering the nature and gravity of offence and considering the detention of the applicants, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
