1. The respondents have entered appearance and filed their reply. Along with reply, Annexure R/4-1, dated 13.08.2019 has been enclosed whereby the respondent authorities have held that the petitioner is not entitled for regularization. Thus, this court is of the opinion that by passing the order dated 13.08.2019, the respondents have infact complied with the directives that was given by this court in WPS No.8538 of 2018, decided on 07.01.2019.

2. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the findings given by the authorities concerned, the option left for the petitioner would be to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding in a fresh writ petition. The veracity of the order dated 13.08.2019 cannot be tested under contempt jurisdiction of this court.
