---- Respondents 28/07/2021 Request letter has been received from the Court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District - Raipur praying for extension of time for disposal of M.J.C. No. 219/2019 (Smt. Preeti Shyamkunwar Vs. Ranjeet Shyam Kunwar), pending before that Court.

This Court while disposing of Cr.R. No.159 of 2020 vide order dated 31.01.2020, directed the learned Family Court to dispose of the case within a period of three months. Subsequent to which, on request letter of the Court, which was registered as

Cr.M.P. No. 1490 of 2020, by order dated 04.01.2021, further extension of four months time was again granted. After considering on the reasons mentioned in the request letter, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer made. Accordingly, further time of three months is granted to the learned Family Court to dispose of the case concerned.

Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is disposed off.
