There is an application for correction/ modification of order dated 22.01.2016 passed by this Court in anticipatory bail application moved by the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application was moved and anticipatory bail was granted in connection with Crime No. 81 of 2015 under which offence under Sections 294, 506-B, 323 and 498-A IPC were registered against the applicant. However in the order, Section "498-A" has not been stated. Therefore, the benefit of anticipatory bail in the matter of registration of offence under Section 498-A was not given to the applicant. He submits that later on, the applicant was arrested also. 3.

I have perused the original records of M.Cr.C.A. No. 60 of 2016 in which, anticipatory bail was granted to the applicant. This Court granted bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 81 of 2015 taking into consideration the nature of allegations including allegations of commission of offence under Section 498-A also, therefore, order dated 21.01.2016 is accordingly modified and

corrected and it is directed that the bail shall be treated to be in connection with offence under Section 498-A IPC under Crime No. 81 of 2015.

As the applicant has already been arrested, on the applicant submitting a copy of this order along with application for release on bail before the Trial Court on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/-, the order of forthwith release of the applicant shall be passed by the Trial Court on the same day.
