Agrawal Order On Board 06/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application before respondent No.2 for correction of his date of birth in the mark-sheet of Class-10th, which is not being considered and decided by respondent No.2 till now and, therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for correction of his date of birth in the mark-sheet of Class-10th after hearing the petitioner expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy

of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
