It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that looking to the nature of the instant criminal revision, the matter may be heard and disposed of finally at the motion stage itself.

At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the applicant that looking to the observation made by the Court below in the order dated 15-02-2016, the Court below has dismissed the prayer of the applicant to call for all the documents at the relevant stage. Hence, the applicant's liberty be reserved to pray again for calling those documents and also to adduce evidence as required when he enters in defence.

On due consideration, the instant criminal revision is disposed of reserving the aforesaid liberty as prayed on behalf of the applicant needless to mention that while considering the prayer as and when occasion arises at
the time of entering of the applicant in the defence, the impugned order dated 15-02-2016 shall not come in the way.

With the above direction and observation, the instant criminal revision stands disposed of.
