Complainant - Ekta Sahu is virtually present, before this Court on notice through Help Desk of District Legal Services Authority, Durg. She has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant. 2.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix 3.

It is ordered as prayed for.
