Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 30/11/2015 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been promoted on the higher post i.e. Teacher (Panchayat) and, therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before the competent authority under Rule 18(1)(b) of Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal )Rules, 1999 and the same may be directed to be decided by the authority concerned expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is finally disposed of. In the eventuality of filing any representation by the petitioner within one
month from today, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of representation.
