Single Bench:Hon'ble Shri Sanjay S. Agrawal, J Order On Board 01.09.2020 Heard on I.A. No.01/2020, an application for condonation of delay of 178 days in filing this petition.

On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same. The application is allowed and delay in preferring this petition is accordingly condoned.

I.A. No.01/2020 stands disposed of.

This M.C.C. has been filed for restoration of MAC No.1869 of 2019, which was dismissed in default by this Court vide order dated 14.01.2020. For the reasons assigned in the application for restoration of the said appeal, I am inclined to allow the same.

Accordingly, the instant M.C.C. is allowed and MAC No.1869 of 2019, is restored to its original number.
