Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted a letter of intent by the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and No Objection Certificate has also been issued to him and he has applied for the Food License under the Madhya Pradesh Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil (Licensing and Control) Order, 1980 on 03.10.2017 but till date decision has not been taken by the District Magistrate, Ambikapur / Collector, Sarguja for issuance of food license.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Sarguja is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's application for issuance of food license expeditiously within a period of three weeks from today / date of production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
