Counsel for the applicant submits that according to the information received, the State has not granted sanction for prosecution of the applicant, because of which, the closure report is to be filed by the concerned police station before the concerned Court. Therefore, on this basis, the permission is sought to withdraw this instant bail application. Considering on the prayer made by the counsel for the applicant, the application is disposed off as withdrawn. The applicant shall have liberty to move this Court, if any, exigency arises in future.
