The petitioner was transferred from the Public Health Engineering, Block Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara to Public Health Engineering, Sukma, District Sukma i.e. from non scheduled area to scheduled area.

It is the stand of the petitioner that he is subjected to frequent transfers and that only one year is left for his retirement. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that his representation dated 07.05.2019 may be decided by the respondents. 3.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2019 in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of this order. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order as opinion on the merits of the case.
