1. It is argued that both the respondents in the writ petition had accepted notice, therefore, the petitioners could not comply the peremptory order as it has gathered an impression that P.F. is not required to be paid.

2. This is an application for restoration of WPC No.2898/2016 which was dismissed for non compliance of order dated 01.12.2016.

3. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPC No.2898/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 1000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a period of two weeks.

4. It is made clear, if the cost is not paid within a period of two weeks from today, this order shall lose its efficacy. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra Akhilesh
