1. Aggrieved by the impugned order of transfer dated 20.07.2021, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that grievance of the petitioner as of now would be redressed if the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to decide the representation that petitioner intends to make to the respondent no.2.

Given the limited grievance that petitioner has at this juncture the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondent no.2 who in turn shall consider and decide the representation on its own merits taking into consideration the contents of the representation at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
