I.A. No.01 of 2018 is an application for condonation of delay of 106 days in preferring the appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay condoned.

The sole question which has been raised in the present appeal against the order impugned dated 14.12.2017 that since the learned Single Judge set aside
the order of removal or termination, as a natural corollary the back wages should have also been directed to be paid.

The issue of back wages will be considered by the competent authorities subject to the outcome of the inquiry which has been directed to be held after quashing Annexure P/4 to the writ application. 5.
