The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 115/2015 registered in Police Station Gariyaband, District Gariyaband (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case applicant along with other co-accused namely Bhamendra and Anjan Kumar received amount from the different persons to provide job in the government and thereafter forged appointment letter were issued by Anjan Kumar. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant himself has been deceived as he had paid amount to Anjan Kumar and he has not received any amount which is clear from the memorandum statement of Anjan Kumar. He submits that charge sheet has been filed, therefore applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, after

perusal of the statement wherein it is stated that applicant has also received amount from different persons, considering the allegation made and the evidence available, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. Certified copy as per rules.
