Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondents authorities for grant of compensation in lieu of land acquired by the respondents No. 1 and 2 for respondent No. 3 which has not been considered and decided by the respondents No. 1 and 2 till date, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a

period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
