1. At the outset, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of permitting the petitioners to make a detailed representation to the respondents ventilating their grievances for grant of seniority from the initial date of appointment, that is the date they have been granted regular pay scale.
2. Given the limited prayer, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioners to make a suitable representation to the respondents supported with all relevant records and documents and on
-2receipt of said representation the respondent authorities are expected to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioners on its own merits in accordance law at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.
