1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the review petition which the petitioner has preferred on 02.08.2019.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, since the earlier appeal of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent No.2 vide order dated 14.03.2019 against which the petitioner now has preferred a review petition on 02.08.2019 since when it is pending, let the respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision on the review petition which the petitioner has preferred, if till date not decided, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
